Wayne P. Colwell: President
Wayne has more than 29 years of experience in Direct Marketing. Wayne began his career with a Lawn & Garden equipment manufacturer that was utilizing a unique direct to consumer Direct Marketing model. Wayne helped launch both Inbound & Outbound Telemarketing functions that grew to $100+ million in sales.
Wayne went on to found Colwell & Salmon Communications, a Direct Marketing firm that provides Teleservices, Data Collection and Integrated Marketing Services to primarily the B2B market. Under his leadership, C&S developed a reputation for providing high quality Lead Generation targeting the SMB marketplace. In 2003, the company was acquired and Wayne continued on as President & CEO expanding C&S to include International Delivery & Marketing capabilities. After four years, Wayne decided it was time for a change and left C&S to pursue new challenges and opportunities. From this decision the Vision and in turn the creation of B2B MarketDirect was formed. Today, Wayne and his team look to utilize their long experience with demand generation, data and integrated services to assist companies in support of their business growth.
Denise E. Knaack: Vice President
Denise Knaack held various positions at the Division headquarters for True Temper, Inc., a manufacturer, responsible for Salary Administration, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Relocation Management, HRIS Management, and Employee Activity and Recognition Programs and offered support in Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and Labor Relations for multiple locations across the U.S., Ireland and Malaysia for approximately 1200 employees. Due to several mergers and acquisitions, Denise worked for multiple parent organizations during her tenure including Allegheny International, Emhart Corporation and Black & Decker Corporation, helping to administer the subsequent policy changes.
Denise later joined Colwell & Salmon Communications, a marketing communications firm providing integrated direct marketing and full service market research services, where she held various positions in marketing and business development until her departure in 2007. In her last position as Vice President, New Business Initiatives and Premier Accounts, she was responsible for developing marketing campaigns for Colwell & Salmon, driving new onshore and offshore sales in both the B2B and B2C market segments and for managing and growing several key client relationships. Denise has extensive experience in managing key client relationships in consulting them in support of their marketing objectives, lead generation, data collection and database needs. In her role, Denise is responsible for Sales & Marketing and Client Services. Denise holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Clarion University.
Gary Farber: Vice President, Global Services
Gary is responsible for acquiring and maintaining, client relationships worldwide. Gary's experience includes more than 33 years in designing and managing Teleservices Programs for firms of all sizes from start ups to Fortune 50 across several industries.
Before joining B2B Market Direct, he was also a co-owner of a regional call center and consulting firm for 22 years.
Diane Scofield: Director, Account Management
Diane Scofield is now in her 15th year of marketing services management that includes Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Event Boosts, Fundraising, Market Research, Inbound Services, College Admission programs and Quality Assurance. Her various roles include, Account Manager, managing multiple accounts for various type programs and General Manager, with responsibilities for day to day operations of three locations, goal achievements and client satisfaction.
Before joining the marketing services industry, Diane spent 26 years working for Continental Insurance Company and later CNA Insurance Company. As Director of Operations she managed a diversified operation which included an Inbound Call Center, Accounting, Customer Service and Processing Units while working closely with the Underwriting Group to ensure work completed was of the highest quality and that government regulations were adhered to. She moved from that position to Branch Manager of another division, where she was responsible for an Inbound Call Center, along with various other departments including a Payment Processing unit.
Dawne Lagon: Director of Business Development
In her role as Director of Business Development, Dawne leads tactical marketing and business development activities focused on fostering growth for the Company.
Dawne brings more than 25 years experience in Client Relationship Management, Operations and Business Development to her role at B2B MarketDirect. Her experience spans a variety of industries including Technology, Telecommunications, Hospitality and Government. Prior to joining B2B MarketDirect, Dawne spent eight years at a leading Integrated Marketing Services company in various management positions, within client management, account management and business development.
Dawne has also spent time in the Telecommunications industry, Verizon (GTE Wireless), where she held positions within sales and business development. Dawne attended the University of Hawaii.
Roberta Riservato: Director of Finance
Roberta Riservato is the financial executive responsible for financial reporting, business analysis and overseeing the development of long-term business plans, budgets and forecasts. She is also responsible for Administration and internal control functions.
Roberta has extensive experience in Operations, Marketing Analysis, Operational Analysis, Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining B2B MarketDirect, she held various management and executive positions within the Manufacturing and Business Services sectors.
